I've stayed in hundreds of Hostels in my life and the Crash Pad is at the top of the list for everything: Security, location, cleanliness, quality of actual beds etc... The space out back which includes parking, shaded areas to sit, a grill, games and a fire pit is also incredible. I wish there were more hostels of this caliber throughout the united states.

Great time, great people! The Crash Pad a is a different breed of hostel lodging. Open concept, yet able to maintain privacy. Wonderfully fresh bedding and towels provided. Eco friendly. Central location. Will be back soon

A really well thought out and managed place to stay. Great staff, excellent breakfast and use of kitchen for preparing it,comfortable room. Excellent attention to cleanliness. A little tricky to find your way into on arrival, but otherwise a great location, with lots of eating ,drinking and entertainment options within an easy walk and quick access to free downtown shuttle bus.
